Asha, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble The Vacation Judge Order on Board 23/05/2017 The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 15 of 2017 registered at Police Station Basantpur, District Balrampur (Chhattisgarh) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506, 323, 427 & 457 of IPC. 2.

The applicant has allegedly criminally intimidated the complainant while using abusive language and has also caused simple hurt and mischief damaging the property belonging to the complainant. 3.

The offences are triable by Judicial Magistrate First Class. The complainant is the mother-in-law of the present applicant. The applicant is in jail since 17.03.2017. Therefore, considering all relevant aspects of the matter, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail. 4.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed. The present applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
