1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 11.11.2020 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Tahsil Dongargaon to Tahsil Chhuriya under District Rajnandgaon.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case particularly the distance between the two place of posting, age of the petitioner and period already rendered at the present place of posting, this Court is of the opinion that no strong case for interference with the impugned order is

made out. The petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the respondent No.2 in respect of any personal grievances that petitioner has so far as impugned order of transfer is concerned and on such representation being made, respondent No.2 shall decide the same in accordance with law at the earliest.
