During the pendency of this petition, in view of the changed circumstances, prayer is made for disposal of the writ petition with a direction to consider the case of the petitioner as vacancies have now become available for promotion to the post of Teacher (Physical Education).

The petition is therefore, disposed off with a direction to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion as and when departmental promotion committee is convened in accordance with rules and also according to eligibility criteria. SD/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Tumane
