Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's application dated 24.10.2020 for grant of parole/leave is pending before the District Magistrate, Raigarh (C.G.).

Shri Jitendra Pali, learned State counsel, submits that petitioner's application will be decided within 15 days.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, District Magistrate, Raigarh, is directed to consider and decide petitioner's application strictly in accordance with law within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if already not decided.
