1. First bail application preferred by the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 27.07.2021 passed in MCRC No. 3139 of 2021.

2. The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.591/2020 registered at Police Station Basna, District Mahasamund, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 366, 376(2)(n) & 506 of Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
