1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in occupation of a land bearing Khasra No.128/1 situated at Darapara and as per the revenue record the petitioner is in possession of the land and she claims to have settled the land which would be evident from the Khasra Panchshala. He would further submit that the petitioner has made an application to settle the land in her favour and the same may be directed to be decided in accordance with the policy of the State dated 11th of September 2019 and 26th of October,

2019. He would refer to Annexure P-4 dated 03.11.2020 and would submit that the petitioner has already made an application to the Collector which may be decided in accordance with law.

3. I have perused the documents. Considering the fact that the petitioner has made an application to the Collector on 03.11.2020 and rushed to this Court. Therefore, considering the time lapse after giving the application and as on date at this stage I am not inclined to issue any order. Since the application has already been made to the Collector, it is observed that the Collector shall be obliged to decide the same in accordance with the existing policy of the State.
