1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application to convert a lease hold land to free hold land has been filed on 03.11.2020 and the same may be directed to be decided in accordance with the policy of the State dated 11th of September, 2019 (Annexure P-2).

3. Having considered the case of the petitioner it appears that the petitioner after filing of the application on 03.11.2020 has rushed to this Court and the period lapse after the application is filed is too less, therefore, the petitioner would be

at liberty to pursue his application before the Collector in accordance with law. At this stage this Court is not inclined to issue any direction considering the time lapsed which has passed in between the filing of the application and as on today.

4. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
