The applicant has preferred this bail application as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.93/2017, registered at Police Station Ratanpur, District Bilaspur (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 392/34 IPC.

The applicant along with juvenile co-accused has committed loot of one mobile phone and Rs.200/- from the complainant Navin Bargah.

Learned State counsel has not reported any previous antecedent of applicant's involvement in similar nature of crime.

Considering the fact that the offences are trialable by the Magistrate, First Class and the applicant is in jail since 31.03.2017, this Court is inclined to release him on bail. 5.

Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond in sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The applicant is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
