1. The present contempt petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 20.06.2018 passed by this court in WPS No.6600 of 2014.

2. During the course of hearing, it is found that this court has also entertained another contempt petition vide Contempt Petition No.151 of 2019 which got disposed of on 12.04.2019. The respondents No.1&2 have subsequently passed an order holding that the case of the petitioner could not be considered for want of necessary details of the property of the petitioner which was acquired.

3. Given the said facts that the respondents No.1&2 have already taken a decision on 22.04.2019, this court is of the opinion that substantial compliance of the order passed by this court seems to have been done by the respondents. If at all if the petitioner is aggrieved by any subsequent development, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the same by way of a fresh proceeding. The relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted entertaining the contempt petition nor can veracity of the order

dated 22.04.2019 (Annexure C/4) be tested under the contempt jurisdiction.

4. Accordingly, reserving the right to challenge the subsequent development by way of a fresh proceeding, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
