2. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed an application before the RTA on 24.07.2019 for partial change of route in between Pendra road to Surajpur via Kotmi, Pasan, Pipariya, Bachrapodi, Chirmiri, Kasra, Kamalpur, Surajpur, however, the same is pending adjudication before the respondent authorities. The petitioner has prayed that the respondents may be directed to decide the same.

3. Considering the limited prayer made, without any observation on merits, it is

directed that the respondent shall decide the application of the petitioner which is pending adjudication at their end within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. Sd/- Goutam Bhaduri Judge Ashu
