1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondent No.2 & 3 as the case may be to decide the Revision Case No.13/A/89/2018-19.

2. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the State counsel.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 & 3 as the case may be to ensure that aforementioned Revision Petition i.e. Revision Case No.13/A/89/2018-19 be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
