1. This is an office reference based on the application dated 12/06/2020 submitted by Mr. Sanjay Agrawal, learned counsel for the appellant in F.A. No. 158/2011.

2. It is submitted that vide order dated 05/09/2017, this Court passed peremptory order which relates to F.A. No. 73/2011 and in compliance of the said order, F.A. No. 73/2011 was treated as dismissed but since F.A. No. 158/2011 was connected along with F.A. No. 73/2011, it was also dismissed inadvertently, as such, rectification be made in the status of F.A. No. 158/2011 and it be kept pending instead of being disposed of.

3. Having gone through the record, we consider that the request made by the Office is reasonable and it is ordered accordingly.
