The petitioner has preferred this petition under Section 439 (2) of the Cr.P.C. seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No. 1 in connection with Crime No. 656/2009 registered in Police Station Sadar Thana P.S. Kotwali, Ambikapur, District Surguja (C.G.) for offence punishable under Section 498-A of IPC vide order dated 21.04.2010 passed by coordinate bench of this Court in M.Cr.C.(A) No. 230/2010.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition.
