1. Counsel for the petitioner at the outset makes an oral request to implead Janpad Panchayat, Bilha as a necessary party as the petitioner was initially engaged under the Janpad Panchayat, Bilha from where the services of the petitioner got absorbed in the Education Department.

2. Not opposed.

3. Accordingly, the oral request of the petitioner stands allowed. Let necessary amendment be carried out during the course of the day itself.

4. With the consent of the parties, the matter was heard finally at motion stage.

5. The limited grievance of the petitioner is that she was initially appointed as Shiksha Karmi under respondent no.5 way back in the year 2005. Her services stood regularized on 22.10.2007 and subsequently, in the year 2018, the services of the petitioner also stood absorbed in the Education department under the respondent State.

6. The contention of the petitioner is that in spite of having put in about 13-14 years of service, the petitioner has not been granted the benefit of Kramonnti and revised pay scale which she is entitled for under the service rules governing the field.

7. Given the limited grievance that the petitioner has, let the respondents 3 & 5 take an appropriate decision in the case of the petitioner so far as her claim for grant of Kramonnati and revised pay scale is concerned. Let the decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It shall be responsibility of the petitioner to apprise respondents 3 & 5 so far as the order passed by this Court is concerned.
