The applicants have preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of bail as they have been arrested in connection with Crime No.151/2020, registered at Police Station Pratappur, District Surajpur (CG), for the offence under Section 21(C) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicants, on instructions, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.

4. No objection from other side.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated supra.
