On petitioner's complaint, an order for eviction under Section 248 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 has been passed against respondent No.4. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for execution of the said order. The writ Court is not the Executing Court for an order passed by the Tehsildar. The petitioner may avail the remedy as available to him under the Code, 1959. 2.

The writ petition is dismissed.
