Sam Koshy Order On Board /03/2021 The present Review Petition has been filed by the Petitioner-State recalling of the order dated 26.5.2020 passed by this Court in a bunch of Writ Petitions, leading case of which being WPC No. 1122/2019. An identical nature of Review Petition on the same facts and grounds was also preferred by the Petitioner-State before this Court, being Review Petition No.138/2020, and the said Review Petition after due consideration was dismissed by this Court on 19.11.2020.

In view of the fact that this Court has already considered the submissions of the Petitioner-State in an earlier Review Petition of identical nature, there does not seem to be any strong material again placed by the Petitioners for entertaining the present Review Petition.

For the same reasons the Review Petition No. 138/2020 was dismissed, the present Review Petition also stands dismissed on similar terms. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge
