The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner had applied for the post of Lecturer (Panchayat) in Maths subject and the name of the petitioner stood at serial no. 1 in the waiting list. 2.
The person who was at serial No.12 in the merit list in the same category had been issued with an order of appointment. However, he has refused to join the post, therefore the respondents were required to issue an order of appointment in favour of the petitioner for the reason that he was placed at serial No.1 in the wait list in unreserved category.

This being the limited grievance of the petitioner, let the petitioner makes a detailed representation in this regard to the respondent No. 3 within the period of 15 days from today, who in turn, shall consider the case of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision within a further period of 45 days from the date of receipt of representation. 4.
