Heard on IA No.1, which is an application for condonation of delay in filing this MCC.

On due consideration of the same and also taking into consideration delay of only 11 days, the application is allowed and delay is condoned.

Also heard on merits.

The present MCC has been filed seeking for restoration of Writ Petition (S) No. 2310 of 2012 which got dismissed on 10.05.2016 for want of prosecution.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case particularly the reasons assigned for non appearance of the petitioner on 10.05.2016 for prosecuting the writ petition, present MCC deserves to be and is accordingly allowed.

Writ Petition (S) No. 2310 of 2012 stands restored to its original number.
