1. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities for not issuing the certificate of 22 points to facilitate the information of sale deed which is to be executed by the petitioner.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner though had made an application on 04.11.2020. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner intend to sale her ownership land bearing Khasra No.129/3, admeasuring 0.037 hectare at village Kharwani, P.C. No.48, Tahsil Baramkela. He would submit that registration of the sale deed is not allowed unless the Patwari issues 22 point information under his own signature giving the particulars of the land, ownership etc. He would submit that the revenue authority may be directed to follow the recent guidelines issued by the State.

-23. Considering the submission of the counsel, without any observation on merit, if for registration the information under 22 point is still required then the Patwari / Respondent No.4 shall issue the same within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
