1) The present appeal i.e. CRA No. 1195 of 2021 and previously filed appeal CRA No.879 of 2021 are arising out of the same judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 04.08.2021 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), Bemetara, District- Bemetara (C.G.) in Sessions Case No. 04/2017. Previously filed appeal i.e. CRA No.879 of 2021 has been preferred by the same appellant namely Pratap Kumar Netam through his counsel. Since two appeals against the same judgment of conviction and sentence are not maintainable, in the facts and circumstances of the case, the appeal i.e. CRA No. 1195 of 2021 is dismissed as not maintainable.
