1. By order dated 29.09.2020 passed in WPS No.3956 of 2020, the petitioner was given time to file a petition before the Registrar, under section 55(2) of the Cooperative Societies Act and till then the order of retirement was directed not to be given effect to. Learned counsel submits that the retirement order though has been stayed but the petitioner has not been allowed to work.

2. The nature of the complaint made in the instant petition cannot be treated to be as issue of complaint. In the instant case, it has been stated by the petitioner that though the retirement order was not given effect to, however, the petitioner has not been allowed to work. The nature of complaint cannot envelop in this petition by way of contempt. It appears that no deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court has been made out.
