Challenge in the present Writ Petition is to the order dated 12.7.2019 (Annexure P-1) whereby the service of the Petitioner has been transferred from Gram Panchayat Premnagar, Janpad Panchayat Wadrafnagar to Gram Panchayat Koti, Janpad Panchayat Wadrafnagar. 2.
Without entering into the merits of the case, learned Counsel for the Petitioner wants that the Petitioner may be permitted to make a representation to the Respondents and the Respondents in turn may decide the same as expeditiously as possible.

Not opposed by the learned State Counsel.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner that he, if so chooses, may prefer a detailed representation to the Respondents. Considering the fact that it is a case of transfer, the Respondents may decide it as expeditiously as possible.
