Shri Wasim Miyan, Panel Lawyer Hon'ble The Vacation Judge Order on Board 23/05/2017 The applicant has preferred this application under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 169 of 2016 registered at Police Station Gurur, District Balod (Chhattisgarh) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 (2) (n) of IPC and Sections 5 (L)/6 read with section 17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. In view of the age of the prosecutrix who is said to be 15 years of age, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail.
