Mr. Arvind Dubey, Advocate.

Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 30/08/18 1.

By the impugned order dated 07.08.2018 (Annexure - A/1), the learned District Judge has rejected the application filed by the applicants / plaintiffs under Section 24 of the C.P.C. for transfer of civil suit to other Court against which this civil revision has been preferred. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicants. 3.

The learned District Judge has clearly recorded a finding that there is no valid reason to get the suit transferred from the present Court to other Court as the suit is pending since 2010.

4.

In the considered opinion of this Court, learned District Judge has given sufficient and cogent reasons for rejecting the application under Section 24 of the C.P.C. filed by the plaintiffs. I do not find any merit in the revision. It is accordingly dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to

conclude the trial within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. It is needless to say that trial Court will decide the suit strictly in accordance with law.

A copy of this order be send to the concerned trial Court through District Judge, Durg.
