1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.416/2020 registered in Police Station Janjgir, District Janjgir Champa for offence under Section 376 (2)(n) of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the charge sheet filed against the applicant has added an offence under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (for short 'the Act'), therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to move an Appeal under Section 14-A of the Act.
