1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.335/2020, registered at Police Station Tilda Newra, District Raipur C.G., for the offence punishable under Section 394 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, applicants have committed loot of ₹10,000/- and damaged the mobile set of the complainant at about 13:30 hours on 27.10.2020. The incident had occurred near country liquor shop at village Baikunth District Raipur.

4. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

5. Considering that the FIR is delayed by two days; the offences are triable by JMFC and the applicants are in jail since 30.10.2020 as also for the fact that charge-sheet has already been filed, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail.

6. Accordingly, the bail application is allowed and the applicants are directed to be released on bail on their executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. They directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
