The limited relief which the petitioner has sought for is that departmental enquiry which was initiated against the petitioner in the year, 2015 has not been concluded till date and it has not been progressed substantially. Therefore, he makes a prayer that the respondents may be directed to conclude the inquiry at the earliest. He gives an undertaking that the petitioner shall render all cooperation in the enquiry proceedings. 2.

The said prayer is not opposed by the respondents. 3.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to ensure that departmental enquiry initiated against the petitioner is concluded by making all efforts within an outer limit of 6 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
