Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order On Board 11/03/2019

1. Counsel for the appellant was granted number of opportunities on earlier occasions i.e. 14.09.2018 & 12.10.2018 to remove the default, but, till date the same could not be removed even after imposition of cost of Rs.300/- vide order dated 04.01.2019.

2. Today, also the matter was passed over once for want of any representation on behalf of the appellant. No one appears for the appellant even in the second.

3. In these circumstances, there is no other option left with the Court, but to dismiss the MAC for want of prosecution.
