1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 3-11-2020 in connection with Crime No. 439 of 2020 registered in Police Station- Thana Civil Line, District Raiapur (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 67-B of the I.T.Act.
