1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that for the present, the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondentChhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (for short 'the University') to decide the petitioner's representation dated 1.7.2016.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent/University would submit that if the petitioner has made any such representation, the University shall decide the same within a period of 15 days from today, if not already decided.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for proceeding further in the matter at this stage. If the petitioner is aggrieved after the decision taken by the University on his representation, he would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.
