1. Aggrieved by the order dated 30.09.2021, the present writ petition has been filed. Vide the said impugned order, the petitioner has been transferred from Municipal Corporation, Bilaspur to Nagar Panchayat, Baloda.

2. Considering the total length of service that the petitioner has discharged in an around Bilaspur district, this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition at this juncture. However, in case if the petitioner has any personal inconvenience, he would be at liberty to prefer a representation before the respondent No.1 and upon such representation being made, the respondent authorities may consider and decide the same on its own merits.
