1. The present Petition has been filed seeking for quashment of transfer order issued by the Municipal Corporation, Respondent No. 4.

Petition the Petitoiner has got transferred to a different place, as such the grievance of the Petitioner stands redressed.

3. This fact is not disputed by the Counsel for the Petitioner.
