This is the first bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail as the Applicant is arrested in connection with Crime No.01/2017 registered at Police Station - Excise Circle Dongargarh, Rajnandgaon (CG) for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Chattisgarh Excise Act for illegally possessing 432 bulk liters of country made liquor 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant would submit that he may be permitted to withdraw the bail application at this stage, however, a direction may be issued to the trial Court to expedite the trial. 3.
