1. Counsel for the applicant is heard on restoration petition.

2. The applicant is seeking restoration of Writ Petition (c) No. 2182 of 2009 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 23.07.2018.

3. On due consideration of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the grounds taken in the restoration petition, I am satisfied that the absence of petitioner's counsel on 23.07.2018 when Writ Petition (c) No. 2182 of 2009 was taken-up for hearing was based on bona fide grounds.
