Sam Koshy Order On Board 27/06/2017 The limited prayer that has been made by the petitioners in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents 2 to 4 for deciding the pending representation in respect of renewal of colonizer license. 2.

State counsel submits that they have filed reply in the writ petition. He further submits that so far as the role that had to be played by the State Govt. is concerned, the same has already been carried out and it is now left for the

respondents 2 to 4 to pass an appropriate order in respect of the request made by the petitioner.

Counsel for respondents 2 to 4 at this juncture submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to respondents 2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 08.06.2016 so far as the claim for renewal of the colonizer license is concerned.

In the aforesaid factual position, this Court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents 2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision on the pending representation of the petitioner so far as the renewal of the colonizer license is concerned. It is ordered accordingly.

It is expected that the respondents 2 & 3 shall take a decision on the said representation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 6.
