The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure P/1 dated 14.05.2019.

The impugned order is an order of suspension issued under Rules 9(2) & 9(5) of the Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966. Prima-facie this Court is of the opinion that the petition is not maintainable for the reason that the impugned order is an appealable order and the petitioner seems to have not preferred an appeal and straight away filed the present writ petition.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Appellate Authority by preferring a departmental appeal against the impugned order, the present writ petition stands dismissed as not maintainable. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Ved
