Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 31/08/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while transferring the petitioner, the policy of keeping the husband and wife together at the same place or at nearby station as far as possible, has not been kept in view. It is submitted that the petitioner is posted as ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife) at Sub-Health Centre, Biraitra and the husband of the petitioner is posted at Middle School, Pinkapar, Block-Gunderdehi, which is 2 kms away only in the same block. Now, the petitioner has been transferred to another block, which is 65 kms away. 2.
The petitioner has already completed about seven years of service at the present place of posting. Therefore, she has become due for transfer. However, considering the policy of keeping the husband and wife together as far as possible, it will always be open for them to make representation to post the husband at a nearby station while transferring the petitioner. The representation of the petitioner
shall be considered by the authorities within a period of four weeks. 3.
