1) The appellant has preferred this appeal under Section 14 A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 as the appellant was arrested on 17.11.2018 in connection with Crime No. 106/2018 for offence under Section 294, 324, 326, 506 PartII and 307 of IPC, Section 3 (2)(V)of the SC/ST Act and Section 25 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station- Police Chowki Pinkapar, Aarakshi Kendra Devri, District- Balod (C.G.).

2) Earlier, the bail application filed by the present appellant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 10.07.2019 in MCRC No. 1488 of 2019 by the co-ordinate Bench of this

Court.

3) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks to withdraw this Criminal Appeal with liberty to file appropriate application as and when occasion arises.

4) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

5) Permission granted.

6) Accordingly, the Criminal Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
