promotion on the strength of order dated 17/06/2016 passed by this Court in WPS No.2207/16 (Budhram Ram and ors. v. State of Chhattisgarh and ors.). 2.
In the said case, benefit has been granted to only those, who are entitled for consideration between the period from 02/11/2011 to 01/05/2013. Admittedly, the petitioners completed 10 years of service in the year 2015. Therefore, the petitioners are not entitled to any claim on the strength of order dated 17/06/2016. 3.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
