The transfer order is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner's son is suffering from mental ailment and is also receiving treatment in connection with, which he is required to get his son regularly checked up at Raipur.

After going through the documents on record and nature of illness alleged, I am of the opinion that the matter needs to be decided by the Transferring Authority and not by this Court. It is for the petitioner to make representation before the competent authority. As the petitioner has already continued at the present place for more than 8 years, I am not inclined to interfere with the transfer order. 3.

It is however found that the petitioner has already preferred

-2representation to the competent authority, it would be open for the competent authority to decide the matter as early as possible. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
