2. The trial Court has acquitted the accused of the charges under Sections 363, 366 and 376(2)(झ) of IPC and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.
3. Perusal of the deposition of the prosecutrix and her parents
CRMP No. 1945 of 2019 would reveal that they have turned hostile and have not supported the case of prosecution at any stage of their examination.
4. In view of the nature and quality of evidence available on record the present is not a fit case for grant of leave to appeal, accordingly, Cr.M.P. deserves to be and is hereby dismissed.
