The order by which the petitioner's representation for cancellation of transfer order has been rejected is under challenge. 2.

In the earlier round of litigation, this Court did not interfere however allowed the petitioner to prefer representation and respondents to consider. It appears that after due consideration, representation has been rejected. 3.

The petitioner complaints that he is a heart patient. The medical certificate which has been placed on record do not show any acute emergency requiring his admission in the hospital. The place where the petitioner has been transferred obviously has to be a rural area because the

nature of services of the petitioner. It is said to be about 140 km. away from Raipur where medical facilities are available. Therefore, in these circumstances, no interference is called for and the petition is dismissed. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) J U D G E Rekha
