1. The grievance of the petitioner is non releasing of the retiral dues like GIS, Leave Encashment and Provident Fund amount on his retirement.
2. According to the petitioner he was working on the post of Deputy Forest Ranger and he stood retired from service w.e.f. 30.04.2018. On his retirement the respondents have released the gratuity and pension payable to him, however, other retiral dues payable to him has not been settled till now. There is no impediment on the part of the petitioner by which the retiral dues should not be released to him. He further submits that the department having released gratuity and pension itself shows that he is entitled for other retiral dues also.
3. Given the entire facts and circumstances of the case, subject to due verification of the facts, the respondents No.2&3 are directed to immediately process the claim of the petitioner and the entire admissible dues be settled within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy
-2of this order, failing which the entire amount shall carry interest @ 10 percent per annum from the date of retirement till the actual payment is made.
