Shri C. Jayant K. Rao, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 29.08.2018 The only issue which the petitioners in the present writ petition has raised is that the petitioners are not being granted the grade pay and the benefit of dearness allowance which otherwise they are entitled for and for which there are already recommendations made by the authorities in the Department.

It appears that subsequent to the letter dated 04.01.2018 which has been issued by the Assistant Registrar of respondent no.1 University the petitioners have not till date filed any representation for redressal of their grievances.

Given the facts, let the petitioners prefer a representation within a period of 15 days from today to respondent no.1 who in turn shall decide the same within a further outer limit of 60 days. It is expected that the authority concerned shall objectively decide the representation of the petitioners and while deciding the same shall take into consideration various correspondences made by the authorities in this regard. 4.
