This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.90/2020 registered at Police Station Modahapara, District Raipur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 457, 380, 34 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application. However, he would pray for a direction to the trial Court to expedite the trial.

4. The prayer is allowed.
