This is second bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail.

The first bail application of the applicant was rejected vide order dated 12.07.2019, in M.Cr.C. No.1407 of 2019 and this second bail application has been filed on 07.08.2019 only after about one month after rejection of first bail application on the ground of delay in trial, therefore, it appears to be premature.

Accordingly, the second bail application is dismissed as premature. However, the applicant shall be at liberty to file repeat application after examination of the material witnesses.
