HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet Cont. Case (C) No. 936 of 2018 Radheshyam Kaiwartya Vs. Niranjan Das & Ors.

24/10/2018 Shri Roop Naik, Advocate for the petitioner.

Shri Mazid Ali, Advocate for the respondents. Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that the order passed by this court on 05.04.2018 in WPS No.6090 of 2017 against which this contempt petition has been filed stands duly complied with. Given the said statement of either side, this court is of the opinion that nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands disposed of and the respondents are discharged from the contempt proceedings. Disposal of this contempt petition would not preclude the petitioner from claiming any further claims which are yet to be settled by the respondents. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge Inder
