The applicant has filed this application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail as she is in custody in connection with Crime No.412/2014 registered at Police Station : Civil Lines, Raipur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 34 and 120-b of IPC. 2.
Case of the prosecution in brief is that the applicant had taken Rs.7,18,75,000/- from complainant Dr. Nina Jain for making the said amount double within eight years. Some cheques were issued to the complainant, however, they got dishonored.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that it is her husband who struck the main deal, the applicant has simply
signed as she is one of the director of the Company and has been falsely implicated in the case.

On the other hand, State counsel opposes the bail application and submits that bail application of co-accused has already been rejected and apart from the complainant, applicant and her husband had cheated number of other persons and several cases have also been registered against her. 5.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the applicant and the manner in which she has committed the offence, I am not inclined to released her on bail. 7.
Accordingly, her application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is rejected.
