In the instant Writ Petition, the husband of the petitioner died having worked with the respondents as a Daily Wage Employee under contingency services for a period of more than 24 years.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that, on the death of the deceased employee, the petitioner widow has been denied of her dues - which were payable to her including the gratuity and pension which she would have otherwise entitled for.

Perusal of record would show that, except for legal notice, there does not seem to be a personal representation made by the petitioner.

Let, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents within a period of 3 weeks' from today and on receipt of such representation, the authorities concerned shall decide the same at the earliest preferably within 60 days from the date of receipt of representation. 5.
